Conclusion of the contract:

This contract is concluded after each reservation with the ,,Hotel Jägerhof am Wörthersee - Rooms for Adults Only,, has been made.

To ensure mutual security, a deposit is required for your reservation.

​​Tripcancellation insurance:​

Since it can happen again and again that you cannot start your holiday for unforeseen reasons or have to break it off prematurely, we recommend taking out an inexpensive 

Trip cancellation insurance:

Hotel cancellation with excess or Hotel cancellation Plus + Premium

Even if you are already looking forward to your holiday, unfortunately something unforeseen can always come up.

This means for you in the event of a cancellation:​​

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Early booking discounts, last minute and bestprice package offers can no longer be canceled free of charge.

 

A processing fee of €25 will be deducted from your deposit for each cancellation.

 

From 14 days before arrival we charge 100% of the travel price.

 

If you cancel within the last two weeks before arrival, we will charge you 100% of the travel price, in the case of early departure 100%.

In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation, we recommend that you insure yourself with Hotelstorno Plus or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance.

Hotels for adults

Overnight stays are possible in our hotel from the age of 18.

​

Explanation – Prices:​

Our prices include all statutory taxes and duties and are per person including breakfast. based on a double occupancy.

​

Room key:

If the room key is lost, a fee of EUR 200.00 will be charged.

​

Smoking in the room or accommodation:

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property; failure to comply will result in a fee of €1.000,00

​

Key Card:

If you lose the keycard we charge euro 10.-

​

Pets:​

We ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets. If you arrive with a pet, the room cannot be occupied.

Damage in the accommodation:

In the event of willful damage to and from the accommodation, the Hotel Jägerhof am Wörthersee can charge you for the full amount of the damage.

Deposit at the accommodation:

The hotel reserves the right to charge a deposit at any time and to retain the full amount in the event of damage or failure to comply with the house rules.

Offensive and conspicuous behavior:

We expect respectful behavior towards our employees and other guests.

The hotel reserves the property rights and a fine if this is not the case, reservations can also be canceled at any time!

Heavily drunk on arrival:

We would like to point out that if you consume a lot of alcohol, check-in is only possible with a deposit.

In exceptional cases, a check-in can even be prohibited or postponed to a later date.

Renovations during annual operation:

We are constantly working to make hotel operations even more relaxing and beautiful and ask for your understanding if there may be unwanted noise or design changes.
