The access code will be automatically sent to you by email at 9 p.m. If you have not received an access code or your access code does not work, please send us an email to: help@jaegerhof-woerthersee.com and we will help you immediately.

You will receive your access code from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival at the earliest. Between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. you can check in at reception as usual and no code is necessary. At 9 p.m. you will automatically receive the access code by email.

We ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets. If you arrive with a pet, the room cannot be occupied.

Those arriving after 9 p.m. will automatically receive their digital key code by email at 9 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you have not yet received a key code by email, you can request one below or on our website under Self Check in. You can make a reservation with us online or by email at info@jaegerhof-woerthersee.com . You will then receive a reservation confirmation from us by email, to which we then ask you to respond with a written confirmation by email or fax. Upon arrival we ask you to present your credit card or to pay the invoice amount.

If the room key is lost, a fee of EUR 200.00 will be charged. If the key card is lost, a fee of EUR 15.00 will be charged.

In the event of deliberate damage to or in the accommodation, the Hotel Jägerhof am Wörthersee can charge you the full amount of the damage; the same applies to theft.
